  • Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Request raised after the specified return window
  • Minor variations in color/texture due to handcrafted nature of products

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after:

    • Successful product inspection
